Guides and product information
Our guides offer general ideas for everyday rooms. Check the measurements, care labels and manufacturer instructions for your own belongings before following an example. Illustrations are identified as examples; they do not document a customer result or a product test.
Product enquiries
For products without a TikTok product link, contact us on WhatsApp to discuss specifications, quantity and destination. Availability, price, shipping, payment and return terms must be confirmed before any order. Sending an enquiry does not place an order.
Shopping through TikTok
Follow a product link to TikTok Shop to confirm the selected option, current price, availability, delivery and return terms. TikTok's checkout and the terms attached to that purchase govern the transaction. Reading this website does not place an order.
Earlier website orders and accounts
Terms supplied with an earlier direct website purchase continue to apply to that purchase. Contact us about an earlier order. If you use an existing website account, keep its credentials private and do not attempt to access someone else's account.
Images, names and sources
Tovena Home's original text, diagrams and design, seller-supplied product images and third-party platform marks have their respective owners. Source links and image credits identify third-party material where used. See how we write our guides for our approach to illustrations and product information.
Corrections and questions
If a measurement, link or instruction appears wrong, send us the page link and describe the problem. Product information can change; confirm the current listing before ordering. Read our privacy information for optional analytics and your choices.
