Accepted payment methods
Eligible products can be paid for through PayPal Checkout on souww.com. PayPal may offer PayPal balance, eligible cards or other methods based on the buyer’s location and account. Current TikTok offers open a separate TikTok Shop checkout.
Prices and totals
Website prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Your item total and any applicable shipping or tax are shown before final approval. Standard U.S. shipping is currently free for direct website orders unless the checkout clearly states otherwise.
Payment security
PayPal processes payment credentials. Tovena Home does not receive or store your full card number. We verify the captured amount and currency before marking an order paid.
Order confirmation
A payment approval is not complete until the order displays a Tovena Home order number. We send a confirmation to the checkout email and show eligible orders in a signed-in customer account.
Reviews, cancellations and refunds
We may review or cancel an order affected by inventory, pricing, address or payment discrepancies. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. TikTok transactions remain governed by the order record in TikTok Shop.
