When you create a Tovena account, subscribe or contact us, we may receive information such as your name, email address and the message you send. We use it to provide the requested account or communication service.
Current purchases are completed on TikTok Shop, which handles checkout information under its own terms and privacy practices. Tovena Home does not collect or store payment-card numbers. For earlier orders paid through this website, we may retain the order status, contact details and payment transaction references needed for support, refunds and disputes.
Website and search analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits, pages viewed, general traffic sources and site performance. We use Google Search Console to understand how souww.com appears in Google Search, including aggregated search terms, impressions, clicks and average position.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the site through behavioral measurements, heatmaps and session replays. Clarity masks sensitive input content by default. We use these insights for site optimization, usability, security and to improve how products and guides are presented.
Cookies and similar technologies
Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Tovena's first-party audience events load only after you choose “Allow analytics” in our privacy controls. Choosing “Essential only” keeps these optional measurements off. You can reopen Privacy choices at the bottom of the site at any time. Essential account, security, checkout and order functions remain available.
Service providers
