Start a return or report a problem
Open TikTok Shop, find the order and select the available return, refund or support option. Describe the problem and provide any photos requested through that process. Keep the packaging and included parts while the request is being reviewed.
Before sending an item back
Follow the instructions supplied for that return, including the return address and any shipping label. Do not send a package to a general contact address without return instructions. Check the order for updates to your request or refund.
