Where we ship
Direct website orders currently ship to valid residential and business addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, military APO/FPO addresses or international destinations.
Cost and timing
Standard U.S. shipping is free unless a different charge is clearly shown before payment. Orders are usually processed in 2–4 business days. Standard transit is usually 5–12 business days after dispatch. Weekends, holidays, weather, carrier disruptions and remote locations may add time.
Address accuracy
Please review the recipient name, street address, apartment or suite, city, state, ZIP code, email and phone before paying. Contact us as soon as possible if anything is wrong. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, it appears in your account and may be emailed to the address used at checkout. A carrier scan marked “delivered” is treated as delivery; contact the carrier first for a missing package, then contact us if you still need help.
TikTok Shop orders
Orders paid through TikTok Shop follow the shipping estimate, address controls and policies shown by TikTok at checkout.
